Tired of Network Marketing?

Let's face it, unless you've already got a huge following, you're very likely to fall into that 98% pool of people that fail at network marketing. It's very likely that you've already tried and failed, looking for a legitimate home-based business. One that doesn't require you to pay for anything or put you on some bogus auto-ship...or even worse, want you to put your family and friends on one! How many friends have you already lost because they're afraid you're going to try to get them to buy something? So I have to ask you-
Are you tired of network marketing? Do you want to declassify yourself from that mold and get out of the stereotype of 'MLM Junkie'?
I was tired of network marketing myself. Luckily, God blessed me with an awesome opportunity to do something good. Really good. I can actually give people jobs right now! How cool is that? And in a field that I have plenty of experience in at that.
So you ARE tired of network marketing huh? That's got to be the reason you're still reading this. Or you really love me and like how I write lol! That would then beg the question...what am I doing to curb that image? How am I rebranding myself?
iPayal.
What is iPayal? Don't get me wrong, I like how MLMs work, but also got tired of network marketing. It's really only for certain people. iPayal is for everyone. EVERYONE. Marketers, businesses, advertisers, sales people, entrepreneurs, and even your Joe-Shmo down the street!
What do we do? The i5 team is hiring what are called IBRs (Independent Business Representatives). What an IBR does is real easy and consists of three things. 1) Sign up businesses to list their deals for FREE on our site. We don't charge the businesses anything, we take 25% of the deal itself and distribute it throughout the iPayal IBRs and corporate organization giving 75% to the business...they are in love with us for this. 2) Promote your website with those deals (and every other deal any IBR has acquired). This is big because it's so simple, be it Facebook or word of mouth, once people hear about it...it explodes. 3) Gather more IBRs so everyone's profit margin increases exponentially. This is a key component because anything sold on anyone's site is profit all around the board in different aspects. Can look at it as more of a company wide profit share that people are going to LOVE.
So how about it? Are you tired of network marketing and trying to build a huge downline just to break even? Then join us at iPayal, we're changing the game.

Spring is Here...and So are The Bugs

Hello everybody!
Such a lovely spring day in my part of the world. Spring, YES! If you're still shivering, you need to come to Tennessee lol!
With spring, comes the wonderful gardening and lawn care duties. I try to have a green thumb, though, not always am I as successful as I set out to be. I ignore the duties that need to be persisted when it comes to growing a well-producing garden or healthy flower bed. Not that I don't want to, I just get so caught up with the kids and family that I forget to weed the gardens and sometimes water it, or even plant the seeds LMAO!
There are serious gardeners out there though that maintain absolutely gorgeous landscapes and bountiful gardens. I would say I envy them, but I don't. They put in the time I don't. I am curious, however, how they keep it looking so healthy? Fertilizers? Persicides? Herbicides?
The vast majority of those last three have a significant impact on not only your lawn, but the environment as a whole. I'm not saying don't use them, but do you have any idea what you're doing to yourself and everyone else if you don't read the labels? Most of it on the market today is nothing more than poison and those toxins drain right into our watersheds and we drink that crap.
Think of all the other creatures and foliage it impacts aside from ourselves!
Remember the big DDT scare? Ya, so what, you say. I'm pretty sure they just invented about ten other chemicals (mostly synthetic) to replace it. Three main categories you reallt need to be aware of that have a serious impact on humans in particular. Organochlorines that affect the respiratory and immune systems, and the carbamates and organophosphates that have crazy side effects to our nervous systems. These carcinogens are known to cause lymphoma, leukemia, breast cancer, and obviously, the list goes on. Do you have ADD or ADHD? Might be because you ingested some pesticides somewhere along the line...
Scary huh?
So what can you do?
Tons of things. Can simply hose down your garden with water to knock the bugs off. Birds will see them squirming in the mud and CHOMP. Especially effective against the rampaging army worms. LADY BUGS. Yes, they are known predators of aphids and several other plant destroying critters that infest a garden. Crab spiders, hover flies, and paper wasps also eat the annoying caterpillars and mites that creep into a garden. Throw some dill or radishes or broccoli in there to attract said predators. For slugs, throw a clay pot...I don't know why...in there and they are attracted to it and in the mornings, turn it over, see your pest, and relocate them. You can even spray some highly acidic citrus juice on the plants like lemon juice to repel some of them. Won't harm the plants or your garden one bit. Best of all, use natural compost like the banana peels you're gonna throw out or fish guts as fertilizer. I remember my parents did that all the time, never knew why...
Hopefully this helps someone, somewhere :)

Is There A 'BEST' Network Marketing Company?

Me again everyone!

So I get asked the question quite a bit, "What is the best company in network marketing?"

IS there a best company?

In my opinion?

No.

I'll tell you why.

Now please, keep in mind, this is strictly my opinion.

There is no best company in network marketing because the success of a person depends solely on their own motivations and ambitions. That being said, the best company in network marketing is self.

You must have that reason, that why that keeps you going to your job or building your network. Remember, your network is your net worth. You have to push yourself to succeed. You can have the greatest coach or mentor in the world but if you aren't listening, or you aren't applying the teaching, you aren't going to get very far.

You have to have the ambition to build that network as well. There is not a single soul on this planet that ever instantly achieved success all by their lonesome. The more leaders you bring into your team and network, the more successful you are going to be. You have to surround yourself with like-minded individuals and people that will lift you up. Need I say criticize you in healthy doses as well. You must learn to accept constructive criticism so you can grow.

We all make mistakes, learning from them is what transfers the knowledge. Applying that knowledge... yes, you remember from the last one!

Bearing all that in mind, you can take virtually any business and make it the best company in network marketing. I highly suggest you join a company you believe in. One with similar principles and goals. If you don't like coffee, don't pretend you do and try to sell it. If you aren't a health-nut, I wouldn't advise pushing pills down your friends' and family's throats.

That's what makes your company, the best company in network marketing. Retaining belief in the product, service or system they have to offer so you can whole-heartedly sell it.

I, for one, like helping people and have my favorites that I have taken under my wing. Some people may be disappointed in my next few paragraphs, but it is what it is. They may not be the best businesses out there to some people, but to me, they collectively are my best company in network marketing. I say company singularily, because altogether, they are my business ventures and all put money in my pocket.

First off, we have the newly established Paid2Save. I like this company for several reasons. It has a binary pay structure that allows the little guys to be successful letting the chips fall where they may. The entire organization itself is built upon the foundation of saving people money. People love it when you do that. I would much rather save people money than put them on an auto-ship I wouldn't even 'buy' myself. When I say save, I mean on EVERYTHINGFrom insurance to travel to pharmacy purchases on over to dental and vision and telecommunications. I feel this company will be huge and thank the person that introduced it to me. My mentor and sponsor for this company is one of, if not the top earner in North American Power...Mr. Troy Nihart.

Second, and climbing fast up the charts and at this very minute, is my primary, we have RCC. Rocket Cash Cycler. This is more of a system that comes with some phenomenal tools for Skype, and an absolutely mind-blowing success library that I've been using to assist my own personal team with. Kiyosaki, Olsteen, Ziglar, Rohn and Robbins. Just phenomenal. If people would see how this really works, there is no way they would actually say no to it. Have to thank the young rising star Mr. William Tragni for bringing it to my attention and sponsoring me. My mentor for this particular one is the astounding 'Extreme Networker' Mr. Billy Funk.

This next business, hasn't even gone into pre-launch yet. It's not network marketing either, but the reason I am in love with it, is because of the way it can help so many people and businesses alike achieve greatness. I was blessed with this opportunity as well by a good friend and partner of mine that also brought aboard my other partner! I don't believe in coincidence. We truly are destined for greatness. Byron McNabb whom I am partnered with in TK Systems is the one who gets all the credit for this. The new iPayal will be coming VERY soon to your city! The two of us and my other partner Byron invited whom I am partnered with in IClub, Mr. Keith Jones (D4ourG) are extremely excited to hit the ground running with this. I've been given so many great gifts, partners and friends through my willingness to expand my network...just amazing.

So, is there a best network marketing company? No. The best network marketing company will be the one that you choose to faithfully pursue. Maybe it'll be more than one? Maybe you'll want to be on my team? And believe me...we are a TEAM.

I'm ba-a-a-a-a-ck...

Hello!

Yes, it’s been quite awhile and I figure I owe no one an explanation. Just had a few things put in perspective for me recently and realized I probably shouldn’t waste a gift when it’s given to me…

That being said, I’m back!

Back from where? The lessons of failure I would call it. Tried and failed MLMs mostly. Sure, I’ve made a little money, but nothing to mount on the trophy wall. I keep asking myself, “how do I succeed in network marketing?” and a newly made friend of mine kindly and enthusiastically pointed it out. Nothing I’m a stranger to… this, this here, what you are reading… is what I do. I write. Ask anyone. Some will tell you I am an impeccable speaker as well, though… I rarely stand up and give speeches.

So what should my first blog of re-invention be on the Empower Network?

I don’t know, this is free writing…let’s see where it takes us. I’m real thankful for the new friends I’ve made first off. I’d go on and list them all, but maybe another time.

I’m also thankful for computers and keyboards. I used to write so much with a pen and paper that I had a permanent ink stain on my pinky and wrist!

I’m thankful for my family.

I’m thankful for the knowledge I’ve gained and hope to pass on. That is true wisdom, the ability to not only retain knowledge, but apply it and teach it to others.

Just thankful for my life in general. There are sooooo many less fortunate people out there and I will help as many as I can through whatever means I am able. This, being one of them.

The question I asked myself.

“How do I succeed in network marketing?” I’ve searched for a cure all and easy button, and quite frankly, it doesn’t exist. To truly succeed in network marketing, I feel there are a list of components you must have.

Commitment. You have to be committed to yourself. You are the only one that can truly make anything happen, the creator of your destiny. You also have to be committed to your team to succeed in network marketing. I’ve gotten the ‘here it is, do what you want, I won’t answer your call’ treatment all too often. You have to be available and understand that even though it’s network marketing, it’s still business. Business may derive from a product or service, but it is stagnant without the people behind, beside, and in front of it.

Friends. These are people that are NOT in your business but you just talk to about whatever. A good friend is like a loyal dog, regardless how far it runs away, it will always come back and listen to what you have to say.

Mentors. These are people that have and do know how to succeed in network marketing or any business for that matter. You need to have a teacher or several-don’t be afraid to keep an open ear-that you can ask questions and bounce ideas off of.

An open mind. I’ve had gosh, at least a handful of ‘mentors’ preach this time and time again. They love it when you follow them, but if they didn’t introduce it to you… they won’t budge. Sad really, especially since you’re supposed be teammates and friends that support each other in your ventures. You never know when you’ll be in that garage with the next Bill Gates.

I’m sure there are other things I can mention that would apply to answering the question of how to succeed in network marketing, but those are the basics I have come to understand that when taken to heart, breed success.

What do I do? As for companies? Several…maybe I’ll list them sometime. It is getting late and my tired eyes and I will bid you adieu. Until next time….
